EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- New York Giants wideout Mario Manningham did not practice Wednesday because of a concussion he suffered in Sunday's 29-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

Giants head coach Tom Coughlin was surprised to learn of Manningham's condition because the receiver seemed fine after Sunday's game. Coughlin added Manningham will undergo further tests and his status is uncertain for the rest of the week.

The Michigan product has 14 receptions for a team-high 238 yards and one touchdown this season.

Center Shaun O'Hara (ankle/Achilles) and linebacker Keith Bulluck (toe) also sat out practice. O'Hara missed the Titans game and Coughlin is unsure of his status for Sunday night's home game against Chicago.
