Orchard Park, NY - The Miami Dolphins will be without linebacker Channing Crowder for Sundayís season-opener against Buffalo because of a groin injury.
Crowder missed practice all week because of the problem and didnít make the trip from Miami to western New York.
The sixth-year veteran from Florida started all 13 games he played last season, missing two in November with a shoulder injury. He also suffered a foot injury on December 27 against Houston and missed the season-finale.
Crowder had 51 tackles, one interception and one sack last year.
