Buffalo (3-5) at Indianapolis (7-0)

The line: Colts by 11 1/2

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. The Colts are the best regular-season team in any sport.

Cody's call: Colts 31-10

Baltimore (6-2) at Tennessee (2-6)

The line: Ravens by 7

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. The Ravens are coming off a big win over AFC North rival Cincinnati, so the Titans should be a fairly easy test.

Cody's call: Ravens 20-10

Cleveland (2-6) at Atlanta (5-3)

The line: Falcons by 8

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. If Mike Vick protects the ball, the Falcons soar. His first-drive fumble in Sunday's loss to the Lions was inexcusable.

Cody's call: Falcons 21-12

Green Bay (3-5) at Minnesota (4-4)

The line: Vikings by 5

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. If not for Green Bay's leaky D, I'd pick the Packers. I might be giving Minnie's offence too much credit, but . . .

Cody's call: Vikings 24-21

San Francisco (3-5) at Detroit (2-6)

The line: Lions by 6

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. The Lions scored 30 points last week against the Falcons, a real defence. Just think what they can do against the 49ers.

Cody's call: Lions 24-17

Kansas City (5-3) at Miami (2-6)

The line: Chiefs by 1

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. Last week, the Dolphins ran all over the Bears' run at an undefeated season. It's time to get back to losing.

Cody's call: Chiefs 23-21

Houston (2-6) at Jacksonville (5-3)

The line: Jags by 10 1/2

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. Jags quarterback David Garrard has won both his starts since stepping in for the injured Byron Leftwich. Now, try and get him out.

Cody's call: Jags 24-14

N.Y. Jets (4-4) at New England (6-2)

The line: Patriots by 10 1/2

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. Some (very optimistic) prognosticators think the Pats will only lose twice this regular season. If that's to happen, they're out of losses.

Cody's call: Pats 28-20

San Diego (6-2) at Cincinnati (4-4)

The line: Chargers by 1

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. The Bengals? Who knows? They need this one at home.

Cody's call: Bengals 27-24

Washington (2-5) at Philadelphia (4-4)

The line: Eagles by 7

The skinny: Sunday, 1 p.m. There's no Terrell Owens in Philly to hand the Redskins the game.

Cody's call: Eagles 24-13

Denver (6-2) at Oakland (2-5)

The line: Broncos by 7

The skinny: Sunday, 4:15 p.m. Randy Moss's sleepwalking epitomizes the Raiders' offence. Too bad because the defence is trying really hard.

Cody's call: Broncos 21-10

St. Louis (4-3) at Seattle (5-3)

The line: Seahawks by 3 1/2

The skinny: Sunday, 4:15 p.m. Should they have him back from injury, Shaun Alexander gives the Seahawks a better chance.

Cody's call: Seahawks 24-21

New Orleans (6-2) at Pittsburgh (2-6)

The line: Steelers by 4

The skinny: Sunday, 4:15 p.m. The Steelers have lost three straight, including a dud to the Raiders. Still, it's hard to write them off at home.

Cody's call: Steelers 20-17

Dallas (4-4) at Arizona (1-7)

The line: Cowboys by 7

The skinny: Sunday, 4:15 p.m. The Cardinals will be better next season and even better the year after that. This week? Not so good.

Cody's call: Cowboys 20-14

Chicago (7-1) at N.Y. Giants (6-2)

The line: Giants by 1 1/2

The skinny: Sunday, 8:15 p.m. (TSN). If Tiki Barber can dent the Bears' D the way the Dolphins' Ronnie Brown did Sunday, the Giants stand a great chance. Remember, though, the Giants barely beat the Texans (14-10) last week.

Cody's call: Bears 23-17

Tampa Bay (2-6) at Carolina (4-4)

The line: Panthers 9 1/2

The line: Monday, 8:30 p.m. (TSN, NBC). The Buccaneers can plunder with their defence, but they'd still like to dig up their buried offence.

Cody's call: Panthers 21-12
