Quarterback Seneca Wallace will start his second Seattle Seahawks' game, but he won't be handing the ball to Shaun Alexander.

National Football League's reigning most valuable player will miss a fifth game, the Monday Night Football meeting with the lowly 2-5 Oakland Raiders at Qwest Field (5:30 p.m. TSN). Maurice Morris is expected to be the 'Hawks primary rusher.

Running back Alexander (cracked left foot) could be back Nov. 12 for a key NFC West division matchup with the St. Louis Rams. Seattle's No. 1 quarterback Matt Hasselbeck (sprained knee ligaments) is expected to return a week later on Nov. 19.

Seahawks fell to 4-3 with last Sunday's 35-28 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Seahawks may be hurting, but they're not as desperate as the team that beat them in the Super Bowl. The hard-luck 2-5 Pittsburgh Steelers will host the 5-2 Denver Broncos Sunday afternoon.
