WINNIPEG - Wade Miller says the Winnipeg Blue Bombers will take their time putting together the building blocks for 2014, because there’s no rush.

Some are calling for the Winnipeg Football Club’s acting CEO to hop to it. Make a decision on Tim Burke, hire a new GM and name a new boss as quickly as possible, they say. Miller believes there is plenty of time to still make that happen.

“Our season’s over because we’re not in the playoffs, and there’s still six other teams that are in the playoffs,” Miller said Wednesday. “We have time here to really be systematic and think about exactly the next steps."
