WINNIPEG - When the Winnipeg Blue Bombers went into B.C. Place on Oct. 22, 2005, it was quite obvious they were done playing for head coach Jim Daley.

The Bombers got pounded 41-1, and it didn't look like too many players were upset about the outcome. It was the second last game of the season, and Daley was fired at the conclusion of the campaign.

Despite rumblings coming out of Calgary last weekend that the Bombers rolled over for the Stampeders during their 38-11 loss, players and coaches alike are maintaining everyone in Blue and Gold is still giving it their all despite the team's 2-12 record.

"I don't feel like I've seen anyone really checking out," Bombers middle linebacker Henoc Muamba said Sunday at the team hotel. "The good thing about it is there's still a lot of confidence in that room, in our abilities and in the system despite the losses that we've taken and the season that we've been having."
