WINNIPEG - Ask a few members of the Bombers if they've ever lost seven games in a row, and you quickly realize this is brand new territory for a lot of them.

"Ummm, I can't remember," defensive tackle Bryant Turner said. "I don't think that's ever happened that I can remember. We had a pretty bad record in college, but I don't think it was seven games."

"Intramurals maybe? I don't know," left tackle Glenn January said. "I don't think so."

"I can't recall ever," left guard Chris Greaves said.

Slotback Terrence Edwards has been through a six-game losing streak in the CFL, but his circumstances are a little different than Winnipeg's current situation.

"In Montreal in 2006 we started 7-0 and then we lost the next six," Edwards said. "Ended up going to the Grey Cup that year. Things can quickly be turned around."
