Like clockwork, the Tweet questioning management came out not long after the Bombers released one of their more popular players.

The Blue and Gold released third-string running back Chris Garrett on Wednesday, which drew the following response from linebacker Johnny Sears Jr. on Twitter: “Winning is what i thouhgt (sic) the common goal was? I don’t think it helps to let a great player in @TheChrisGarrett go and help another team!!”

The Bombers have had problems with public criticism of management’s moves in recent years, and peeved head coach Tim Burke said the situation had been addressed.
