WINNIPEG - Winnipeg Blue Bombers great Buddy Tinsley has passed away. The Canadian Football Hall of Famer was 87. Tinsley, a Texas native, spent 11 seasons with the Bombers between 1950 and 1960. The offensive lineman was a West Division all-star between 1950 and 1952 as well as 1955 to 1958. He won Grey Cups in 1958 and 1959. Tinsley remained in Winnipeg after his playing days.
