The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will unveil their plans at noon Tuesday for the team's part in financing a new football stadium at the University of Manitoba.

Bombers board chair Bill Watchorn and team president Jim Bell have invited media to the Winnipeg Sun Centre at Canad Inns Stadium Tuesday "to share plans on moving forward with commercialization of the new stadium."

Although no formal announcement has been held, nearly all the details of the deal have trickled out over the past week as Winnipeg city council officially approved a restructured financing deal worth $190 million last Wednesday.

The largest piece of the puzzle yet to hit the public realm is the Bombers' business plan, which is expected to include projected new revenues that will be used to help pay back an $85-million loan the province is providing to the team.

The team has been given 45 years to pay back the loan.
