Walters joins Blue and Gold
Named special teams co-ordinator

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have hired Kyle Walters to be their special teams co-ordinator.

Walters spent the past four seasons as head coach at the University of Guelph, and the Gryphons were 13-18-1 under his control.

The St. Thomas, Ont. native played for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats between 1997 and 2003, capturing the 1999 Grey Cup that was played in Winnipeg. He was Hamilton's special teams captain for three seasons.
