Winnipeg defensive end Odell Willis recorded two defensive tackles, a quarterback sack and, on second effort, forced the fumble that led to the touchdown by defensive back Lenny Walls.

Winnipeg kick returner Jovon Johnson returned three kickoffs for 115 yards, including a 54-yarder, and eight punts for another 69.

Key play

Hamilton was mounting a comeback attempt in the fourth quarter when Bombers defensive back Keyuo Craver picked off a Kevin Glenn pass, killing those comeback hopes.

Bombers defensive end Phillip Hunt blew up Hamilton quarterback Kevin Glenn, forcing him to fumble. But Hamilton got the ball back.
