WINNIPEG -- Jovon Johnson got the last laugh of a game-long Friday night battle with Noel Prefontaine.

The return man's 118-yard runback for a touchdown off the Edmonton Eskimos kicker's missed field-goal was the difference in the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 27-17 victory.

But it wasn't their only battle.

It all started when Prefontaine broke for a 31-yard gain on a fake punt, and, instead of heading out of bounds, put his head down and ran into Johnson's tackle, keeping the drive alive and scoring on a field goal to take a 10-6 lead in the first half.

The pair met again on the ensuing kickoff when Prefontaine sprinted downfield and collided with the Bombers return man.
