The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have added a fourth quarterback to the fold.

The struggling CFL squad signed Casey Bramlet to its practice roster yesterday. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound pivot was a seventh-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2004, taken immediately after current Toronto starter Cody Pickett. Bramlet starred at the University of Wyoming before graduating in 2004.

Bramlet, 28, bounced around the NFL for the last five years but never threw a pass, and he spent the 2005 and 2007 seasons in NFL Europe. He guided the Hamburg Sea Devils to the 2007 World Bowl title and was named the game's MVP in the process.

Bramlet, who has been on Winnipeg's radar for several years, joins Michael Bishop, Stefan LeFors and Bryan Randall in Winnipeg's quarterback stable.
