The 'Turtle Man' will make just his second appearance this season tomorrow night.

Veteran slotback Milt Stegall, who has been nursing a sore knee all year, will dress for Winnipeg when it plays host to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats tomorrow night -- despite practising just briefly one day this week.

"There was no need to wear him down," said Blue Bombers head coach Doug Berry. "He's not the young Milt, he's the older Milt. He'll be ready for the game and he will play. We just felt like we'd let him rest out one more day, then he's got 17 days to rest after the game."

The Bombers will have a bye next week before playing the Roughriders in Saskatchewan on Aug. 31.

To make room for Stegall, import linebacker Marcus Winn will come off the roster while the recently-arrived kick returner Jason Armstead will replace import returner Casey McGahee.

ROSTER MOVES: While WR Derick Armstrong has been OK'd to play, slotback Terrence Edwards (ribs) will sit out his second straight game ... Import K Alexis Serna will play tomorrow ... LB Anthony Maggiacomo will draw in for FB Brian Guebert while C Dominic Picard will replace either OL Matt O'Meara or OL Obby Khan ... Word out of Hamilton is that Richie Williams will start at QB.
