The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed two more of their free agents yesterday, inking Canadian safety John Sullivan and import slotback Quentin McCord to new deals.

The Bombers had 22 free agents going into the off-season. They re-signed 11 of them and lost seven to other CFL or NFL teams.

Fullback Scott Regimbald and linebacker Ron Ockimey were not offered contracts, while quarterback Brad Banks and defensive tackle Dante Booker remain unsigned.

McCord, 28, appeared in seven games for the Bombers last season, his first with the club, and made 17 catches for 248 yards.

Sullivan, who is entering his third year with the club, appeared in 10 games last season and had eight special teams tackles. He played in seven games during his rookie season of 2005, registering two defensive and six special teams tackles.

Unofficially, the Bombers have 61 players under contract. They are allowed a maximum of 68 in training camp.
