Top 10 players available in tomorrow's CFL dispersal draft, based on conversations with Bombers GM Brendan Taman and opinions of others around the league:

- 1. Kerry Joseph, QB -- Much-coveted by Saskatchewan Roughriders who chased him before he re-signed with Ottawa. Rushed for more than 1,000 yards last year and has strong arm. But comes with high price tag.

- 2. Korey Banks, DB -- Would fill gigantic hole in Winnipeg secondary. Led CFL with 10 interceptions last season. But also comes with a fat pact.

- 3. Jason Armstead, WR/KR -- Was second in combined yards in the CFL and fifth in pass receiving. Could replace the departed Keith Stokes as a kick returner in Winnipeg while improving the receiving corps.

- 4. Pat Woodcock, SB -- A Canadian with speed to burn but also comes with a steep price.

- 5. Ibrahim Khan, OL -- Taman calls him "a ratio breaker" because he is a Canadian who can start on the offensive line, freeing up an import at a skill position.

- 6. D'Wayne Taylor, LB -- Underrated player who could fill an immediate need on Winnipeg's front seven.

- 7. Val St. Germain, OL -- Solid Canadian veteran who could also become a ratio breaker.

- 8. Kai Ellis, DE/LB -- A rush end type who could help most teams but the Bombers are already strong at that position.

- 9. Anthony Collier, DE -- Another who could draw interest elsewhere but not needed in Winnipeg.

- 10. Brad Banks, QB -- Youngster with bright future who could fight for No. 2 spot in Winnipeg.
