TORONTO - When a well-timed and well-conceived blitz was required, Chris Jones always found a way to dial it up.

When a game needed to be won or when momentum had to be seized, Jones’ timing was near flawless.

There many moments during his two-year run as Argos defensive co-ordinator when Jones’ penchant for the big play would be parlayed into an Argos win.

But there was one game in particular that sticks out the most, Toronto’s visit to Edmonton last season, the trip that featured the bus incident from Calgary that pretty much summed up the Argos’ lot under the team’s current structure, non-football that is.

A Patrick Watkins corner blitz led to a sack and strip and recovery deep into Eskimos territory, a turnover the offence would turn into a touchdown.

To cap the night off, Marcus Ball produced a pick six.
