TORONTO - The Double Blue have nowhere to turn but within as their season has suddenly taken a turn for the worse.

Discipline, slow starts, an inability to force two and outs, unable to sustain drives and incapable of executing a hold on a field goal attempt, there’s a litany of issues that need to be addressed as the post-season draws nearer.

Roster continuity will help, but even a healthy roster does not guarantee clean football, which hardly describes the Argos, losers of two straight heading into a home-and-home set with Winnipeg beginning this Saturday in the Peg.

Whatever cushion was created during a recent run of success on the road is now gone as the margin between first and the fast-charging Ticats, who find themselves in second, has been reduced to one game with Hamilton holding the tiebreaker.
