No Argo contest is complete without some late-game drama, no lead ever safe and no sense in leaving one’s seat or television set.

Of course, had the Argos played to begin most games the way they tend to end them, a lot more nerves wouldn’t be frayed.

But it’s become the Argos way, bad, then showing an ability to regroup and then make plays when games are on the line.

The script played out Saturday night at Commonwealth Stadium, where Chad Kackert, who was making his return at tailback, and Pat Watkins, led the way.

Also credit Trent Guy, who overcome some tense moments on special teams, in providing a spark on punt returns.
