TORONTO - Toronto Argonauts receiver John Chiles anticipated visiting a steakhouse.

Quarterback Zach Collaros, tweeting about all-you-can-eat crab legs and ribs at popular Calgary restaurant Bookers, enthused, “I am excited,” to which former Toronto Argonauts teammate Marc Parenteau quipped back in a tweet of his own: “Won’t be so exciting when you get too fat and move to fullback.”

Kicker Swayze Waters put it most eloquently.

“A round of half-cafs for the boys!” he tweeted from Calgary, well-known as Canada’s carnivore capital.

Lots of jokes.

Lots of beef.

An off-day excursion to Lake Louise.

The Argos, staying in Cowtown this week after putting the boots to the Stampeders last weekend, are clearly having a blast out west.

And so they should be.
