The Argos lost a game Friday night, but the bigger question is have they lost the season?

Calgary stopped Toronto’s four-game win streak with a runaway 35-14 win at the Rogers Centre. What hurts most though is that Ricky Ray was injured early in the first quarter and never returned.

Backup quarterback Zach Collaros, who had orchestrated an unlikely win against B.C., with the Toronto defence holding Travis Lulay at bay, never was a factor in this one.

Last night, that defence, led by the vociferous Khalif Mitchell, put up a valiant effort. But there were too many mistakes, too many penalties and not enough plays being made.

Jason Barnes caught a TD pass for Toronto and Curtis Steele ran in another, both in the first half.

Charleston Hughes had a monster night for Calgary. It was his blow that knocked out Ray and, later on, he forced a Collaros fumble.
