Argos GM Barker brought 'order out of chaos'

Jim Barker inherited a mess when he resurfaced in Argoland three years ago, basically forced to start from scratch in a league where turnarounds can be achieved quicker than Anthony Calvillo releases the pigskin in the pocket.
But Barker thinks big, looks to make moves that go well beyond the obvious, always plotting and exploring all options.
