Ricky Ray has a couple of Grey Cup rings at home, but the 33-year-old Argonauts quarterback acknowledged he will have some jitters on Sunday.

"When you wake up, you're going through all the pre-game preparation, and you're anxious and nervous for the game to start," Ray said. "Even though there is a lot riding on the line, I try not to make the game bigger than it is."

Does Ray follow the same path before every game? Is there anything he absolutely has to eat for breakfast when kickoff is just hours away at 1 p.m.?

"I'm not a big superstitious guy," Ray said. "I am more of a routine type of guy. I have eaten for pre-game meals, everything you can name. Whatever is available, and cheapest. Even my time getting to the stadium can vary. I'm not one of those guys who gets there early."
