The Argonauts have locked up their top offensive lineman.

Guard Taylor Robertson, the Argos' nominee for most outstanding lineman the past three years, has been signed through 2011.

"Our offensive line here in Toronto is a close group on and off the field," Robertson said in a statement. "Being able to remain a part of that unit with those guys was a major factor in my decision to continue to be an Argo."

Said general manager Adam Rita: "(Taylor) gives us veteran leadership in that group and has been a solid player for us since he became an Argo."

A native of Kingston, Robertson was acquired from the Calgary Stampeders in 2007. Since becoming an Argo, Robertson has started in all 54 regular season games the club has played.
