Justin Medlock bobbled a snap for a punt in the third quarter, but had the presence of mind to elude an Alouettes defender and scamper 19 yards for a first down. A few plays later, Jamal Robertson scored the Argos' lone touchdown. "What was good about that play was the field presence he had," head coach Bart Andrus said.

ALOUETTES CLOSER

With their 11th victory of the season, and with five games left, the Alouettes are moving closer to setting a team record for regular-season success. The Als have not won more than 14 games in any season, with their best mark of 14-4 coming in 2004. Three of the Alouettes' remaining games are against Winnipeg and Toronto.

LONG AND GOOD

Montreal kicker Damon Duval connected on a 53-yard field goal late in the third quarter, the longest field goal of his CFL career. Duval had a previous best of 52 yards.
