How the devil are you?

Very good. We are on a five-game winning streak heading into Calgary. Things are pretty good right now.

It's a normal Saturday night and you're not competing.What-cha gonna do?

Probably watching football or hanging out with my fiancee. I'm a homebody. I have to twist her arm to watch football.

Pick five words to describe yourself.

Modest and as humble as they come. That's probably six words.

What were you like in high school?

About the same. I probably enjoyed football a little more because I played quarterback. I'm pretty much the same in terms of my views.

You must have been popular.

Starting quarterback -- you know how that goes. At least you're known, maybe even if you're not popular.

What's the most ridiculous thing you've ever bought?

Inflatable goalposts. That was when I was in high school. They were pretty ridiculous. It helped me practice. If you're 16 and playing with a toy that says for use of eight and under, it's pretty stupid.

What's your cellphone ringtone?

Vibrate now. I used to have all the tunes on there. Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, Ain't Nothin' but a G Thang.

Now that I'm getting older, I stick to vibrate.

Who's the most famous person in your phone book?

Some of the hockey guys like Doug Gilmour and Jason Spezza. I've met them in Toronto doing charity events. We're not close but we're very cordial when we see each other and have a good time.

What's the best advice you received?

Catch it and kick it. Keep it simple and basic.

What repairs could you do on your car?

Not too much. My car's only four years old and I just had my brakes done. I'm not a mechanic, so I get ripped off a lot. I think a lot of people do.

What's your culinary specialty?

I make a nice teriyaki chicken.

What's your favourite unhealthy food?

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

What TV series do you want on DVD?

The Sopranos. I have all the seasons already. I like the Mafia stuff.

You're not of Italian descent, are you?

No, my father is French Canadian and my mother is Vietnamese.

Where is your favourite place to holiday?

I don't holiday much. If I have to say something, I would say Mexico.

What's the best concert you've been to?

I've been to one and don't remember it much. It was a hip-hop concert and I don't remember who it was. I'm not a big fan of crowds. Sitting in stands and rubbing up against people in crowded arenas or clubs isn't my cup of tea.

If you weren't a football player, what would you be doing?

Coaching football. I have a passion for the game, not just because I play. I really respect it.

With a few hours to kill, would it be a book or a video game?

Do I have another choice? If so, it would be golf. I'm always on the golf course. Out of the two options, it would be a video game.

Do you carry one on the road?

I have a PSP but I'm not an addict like some of my teammates. I'm not a big Madden guy, which doesn't make a lot of sense because I play football. I like Tiger Woods Golf and the shoot-'em-up games.

What's your worst habit?

So many of them. Snoring -- being a kicker. That's something I do all the time.

What was the last movie you cried to?

It was the other day. The Greatest Game Ever Played. I always get choked up at the end where they are collecting money and his father gives a dollar.

What's the funniest thing you've seen during game?

Besides my scuffle with Robert Baker on the sidelines last year? Actually, the funniest thing I saw was at McMahon Stadium when Michael Palmer ran down Demetrious Maxie, who had picked up a fumble. Demetrious had to run about 75 yards and Palmer came clear across the field to run him down just before the half ended. Calgary didn't get points out of it and Demetrious thought he was going to die. Palmer just trotted off the field fine. Demetrious is a friend of mine, so

I can get away with saying he was about to have a heart attack.

What's the ugliest thing in your wardrobe?

Everything I have is pretty cool. I do have some ugly Rockport brown shoes that you might not like. I like them. I'm not a guy who tries to push the fashion limit.

Could you convinced to karaoke and what would you sing?

Never. Wouldn't do it. I don't like my voice. I can't carry a tune and I don't like to hear myself speak even.
