NOTES

Early in the second quarter, Ottawa DB Korey Banks recorded his 10th interception of the season, solidifying his status as the league's leading pick-off king for the 2005 season. Banks will use that stat as fodder when he tries to land a job in the NFL during the off-season. If that doesn't work out, he'll carry it to negotiations with incoming GM John Jenkins, as Banks is eligible for free agency in February ... The crowd booed coach Joe Paopao's decision to attempt a field goal on a third-and-one play late in the second quarter. Matt Kellett was wide right on the 38-yard attempt and got a single.
