MIKE KOREEN -- Toronto Sun

- After last year's infamous missed landings on Labour Day when several parachuters touched down outside the stadium, all 10 parachuters got it right yesterday on what was billed as second chance night.

- The Argos' defensive players did not come on to the field when they were introduced yesterday, prompting the public address announcer to ask, "Do the Argos want to play today?"

- The sellout crowd of 29,600 was the Ticats' first full house of the season at Ivor Wynne.

- Argos RB Sean Millington, signed last month, was used on offence -- as a fullback -- for the first time with his new team on Toronto's first play with the ball.

- Argos LB Ray Mariuz started in place of the injured Mike O'Shea, but Derrick (Bo) Lewis came in on many passing downs.

- For the second game in a row, Ticats backup QB Khari Jones got some playing time, primarily on short-yardage situations but also on some first downs.

- Ticats QB Danny McManus had a string of 17 consecutive completed passes at one point.
