REGINA - Ken Miller will step down as head coach and vice president of football operations for the Saskatchewan Roughriders following the 2011 season.

The team made the announcement via Twitter Monday afternoon.

Miller is in his fourth year with the team, compiling a 35-24-1 regular season record.

In the postseason, Miller is 3-3 with trips to the Grey Cup in 2009 and 2010, both losses.

After stepping down as head coach before the 2011 season, Miller was reinstated on Aug. 19 after Greg Marshall was fired following a subpar 1-7 start to the season.

The Roughriders are 5-12 and in last place in the West Division with one game remaining against the Edmonton Eskimos on Nov. 4.
