A passing grade (57.6%) in his passing game was not enough to satisfy Henry Burris.

"I thought I helped do enough just to put us in the position to be successful, but I can do more," he said when asked to evaluate his debut performance (17-of-30, 241 yards, two TDs, no interceptions) as a RedBlacks quarterback. "Whether it's a little thing here or there, or making a better throw in a given situation. Once I looked at the numbers, we had way too many incompletions. I thought we need to have a higher percentage."

Burris praised the offensive line and running back Chevon Walker for the job done protecting him, allowing just three sacks against a talented Bombers defence that likes to bring pressure.
