OTTAWA - The Ottawa RedBlacks have signed their first kicker, a guy whose leg once connected on a 97-yard punt.

The RedBlacks announced Monday that Nick Setta, a two-time CFL all-star, has agreed to a contract.

Setta, a 32-year-old native of Lockport, Ill., who played college football at Notre Dame, broke into the CFL with the Ticats in 2007 and made an immediate impression, being named a league all-star during his first two seasons.
