OTTAWA - Ottawa's CFL team has a face to its football operations.
As reported in the Sun 11 days ago, Marcel Desjardins is the expansion club's first GM, introduced at a press conference Wednesday afternoon in Stittsville.
"I remember the 1976 Grey Cup ... Clements to Gabriel. Our goal is to bring back that excitement," said Desjardins.
