Possible candidates to be GM of CFL, Ottawa

BRENDAN TAMAN

Former Blue Bombers GM (2003-2008) should be the top candidate. He built the Bombers into a contender before parting ways with the club in the off-season. A Rough Riders' personnel director in the late 1980s and '90s, Taman has great eye for talent. Well-respected.

JOCK CLIMIIE

The former Rough Riders slotback (1991-94) would have to be talked into taking on this challenge. He's now a successful lawyer (in Ottawa) and CFL analyst on TSN. But he knows the game, he's from here and he's young (40). Climie would have to hire a strong personnel director.

JIM BARKER

Has worked nine seasons in the CFL. Is in his fifth year as director of player personnel with the Stampeders. A former coach of the Argonauts (1999) and Stampeders (2003), Barker is regarded as having a great eye for talent and bringing in top players.

Can Ricky Ray solve the Toronto Argonauts' quarterback woes in 2012?
  Yes
  No
  Unsure
