There will likely be some new faces today when the Renegades return to work after the players had three days off.

Coach Joe Paopao said the CFL club has worked out four players over the last couple of days -- a defensive lineman, linebacker, offensive lineman and receiver -- and perhaps two or three of them could be at practice today.

SIX LOSSES IN A ROW

"We need to change things up," said Paopao, whose club has lost six in a row going into Friday night's meeting with Hamilton at Frank Clair Stadium.

The Renegades (5-9) are still alive -- barely -- in the hunt for a playoff berth and will likely have to win their remaining four games to make it interesting.

While the players have been off, the coaching staff has been trying to figure out a way to get the club back to the winning ways that marked the first month of the season.

"It's been three days of soul searching," said Paopao.
