Some things worth noting...

SIGHT OF THE NIGHT: A leggy lady wearing more beads than your average local store would have in supply was being led down the upper deck southside stands by security to the boos of many a male when all of a sudden, fans started throwing more beads in her direction. At least security allowed her to pick them up on her way out.

LOUDEST CHEER OF THE FIRST HALF: Was for Renegades slotback Pat Woodcock, after the locally grown receiver caught his first pass in three games -- a 10-yarder from quarterback Kerry Joseph two minutes before the intermission.

UNNECESSARY ABUSE: When karaoke singer Jonathon T. Henri called to the crowd "C'mon everybody, let's hear you," he meant for the folks to join him in the traditional halftime singing of Sweet Caroline. Since when did the words to that Neil Diamond classic become "Boo, boo and boo?"

NOTHING BUT DAYLIGHT: Nary an Eskimo was within spitting distance of Josh Ranek when the 'Gades running back and Joseph caught the Edmonton defence on a blitz by hooking up for a 35-yard dump-and-run over the middle for a TD in the third quarter.
