Q.H.: What are you getting your mom for Mother's Day?

L.G.: Thanks for reminding me. No, I'm getting her the Jimmy Buffett CD collection.

Q.H.: Biggest professional regret?

L.G.: Not doing it right the first time in Ottawa.

Q.H.: Biggest personal regret?

L.G.: When I lived here, there was this chick I liked for a long time ... we always kinda flirted and talked. This one time, she put her hands in my pockets and I didn't pursue it. I regretted it the very next day, and I still do.

Q.H.: What's wrong with the owner or president of a team dating its cheerleaders?

L.G.: I don't know. What is wrong with that?

Q.H.: What's your favourite Ottawa restaurant?

L.G.: Mamma Teresa's.

Q.H.: Favourite meal?

L.G.: Chicken, pasta, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and asparagus on the side.

Q.H.: Favourite music?

L.G.: Hermans Hermits and Spice Girls.

Q.H.: Favourite concert?

L.G.: Britney Spears.

Q.H.: Favourite pastime?

L.G.: Skiing and snowboarding.

Q.H.: Favourite CFL player when you were a kid?

L.G.: Terry Metcalf.

Q.H.: At what age did you lose your virginity?

L.G.: This is getting kind of personal here. Do you ask other people this?

Q.H.: Yes.

L.G.: Oh, okay. As long as it's not unique to me. I was 16.

Q.H.: Where were you?

L.G.: Switzerland ... I hope my mom doesn't read the paper. It was outside one of those old castles.

Q.H.: What's the longest relationship you ever had?

L.G.: Five years.

Q.H.: With whom?

L.G.: Kitten Zauner.

Q.H.: Why did it end?

L.G.: She gave me five ultimatums. And after the fifth one she gave up.

Q.H.: What were the ultimatums?

L.G.: She wanted to get engaged. But she was a great girl. We're still friends.

Q.H.: What's too young for a 37-year-old guy?

L.G.: What's too young for a 37-year-old guy? Eighteen?

Q.H.: Favourite movie star?

L.G.: Curly, from Three Stooges.

Q.H.: Favourite movie?

L.G.: House of Wax, with Paris Hilton.

Q.H.: How many pairs of jeans do you own?

L.G.: Two. I'm a minimalist.

Q.H.: How many pairs of footwear?

L.G.: Five.

Q.H.: How many suits?

L.G.: Three.

Q.H.: Worst habit?

L.G.: Being late, or forgetting someone's name.

Q.H.: What's the most trouble you got into as a kid?

L.G.: I got suspended from school in eighth grade. For just one day.

Q.H.: Why?

L.G.: These girls we were friends with ... we were kinda grabbing them, and my friend pulled down his pants. I didn't do it, but he did. And we all got in trouble for that.

Q.H.: Favourite holiday destination?

L.G.: French Riviera.

Q.H.: What do you look for in a girl?

L.G.: Honesty, and being athletic.

Q.H.: Biggest turnoff?

L.G.: Fake people.

Q.H.: When do you see yourself getting married?

L.G.: On my wedding day.

Q.H.: Is there a possibility you'll be a lifelong bachelor?

L.G.: Anything is possible in the CFL.

Q.H.: What's the average amount of time you spend on the Internet each day?

L.G.: Ten minutes. I'm not a big Internet guy.

Q.H.: On the phone?

L.G.: Maybe two to four hours. I don't keep track.

Q.H.: What's the most you ever spent on your cellphone in one month?

L.G.: Two grand.

Q.H.: How many Renegades can you name off the top of your head?

L.G.: Jason Armstead, Yo Murphy, Mike Sutherland, Kerry Joseph, Brad Banks, Paul Peterson, Matt Kellett, Chris Burns is a free agent, you can't count him. Josh Ranek, David Azzi, Pat Woodcock, Aubrey Cummings ... is he gone? Jerome Haywood, Crance Clemons, Tyler Paopao ... do they still have Anthony Malbrough? Shawn Gallant? Oh, there's Cam Legault. I guess about 14. That's pretty decent, isn't it?

Q.H.: If you become part of Renegades ownership, what percentage of your time will be focused on football matters?

L.G.: Business vs. football? In Shreveport I spent about 85% on business, but most of the 15% on football was to meet with football operations to communicate what's going on.

Q.H.: There are 4,300 season-ticket holders now ... what do you need to get that number up to?

L.G.: Between 12,000-15,000 ... that would be a goal for long term. The next four years.

Q.H.: How long can you see your family owning the team?

L.G.: A long time. Hopefully.

Q.H.: Can you put a year on it?

L.G.: I can't, really. I don't know.

Q.H.: What will you do differently this time in Ottawa?

L.G.: Succeed.
