CFL Week 14 Picks

JIM BENDER, KIRK PENTON and PAUL FRIESEN -- Winnipeg Sun

, Last Updated: 10:06 AM ET

TODAY

Winnipeg at Calgary, 8 p.m. TSN

Bender: It's just too short a week for the Big Blue Berry's boys to prepare and Cowtown has been a death valley for the Bombers in recent seasons. And the Cowpokes will be fired up after the loss to the Eskies. Stamps.

Penton: The Stamps are too tough at home, and they have more weapons. Stampeders.

Friesen: Hard to argue with any of those arguments. So I won't. Stamps.

Wyman's coin flip: Calgary.

TOMORROW

Edmonton at Hamilton, 6 p.m. CBC

Bender: The Pussycat Dolls still need to discover their incisors but again, this could be closer than you'd think, especially since Danny Moo-Chacha is still seeking his first road win. Eskies.

Penton: We're guessing Jason Maas would love to beat his old team. Ain't gonna happen. Eskimos.

Friesen: Methinks the defending Grey Cup champs rediscovered themselves last week. Even if they didn't, it's the Ticats, for pete's sake. Eskimos.

Wyman's coin flip: Hamilton

Montreal at B.C., 9 p.m. CBC/RDS

Bender: The Larks have not won in the Lions' den since 2000 and look like they're flying with a broken wing these days. And Wiley Wally's 'Cats are roaring. Leos.

Penton: The reeling Alouettes are going to lose yet again. Lions.

Friesen: I don't know. The Lions absolutely spanked the Als two weeks ago, and Montreal's had all this time to think about it. Revenge will be sweet. Alouettes.

Wyman's coin flip: B.C.
