Alouettes get Mullinder from Roughriders
By Sports Network

MONTREAL - The Montreal Alouettes have acquired defensive lineman Luc Mullinder in a trade with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

In exchange, the Alouettes dealt wide receiver Dallas Baker to Saskatchewan.

Mullinder had 89 tackles and 15 sacks during the eight seasons he spent in Saskatchewan. So far this season, the former Michigan State Spartan has recorded eight tackles and one sack.

"Luc will have the opportunity to come in and help us," Alouettes general manager Jim Popp said. "He has been a big part of Saskatchewan's success over the last four seasons. We have seen a lot of what Luc is capable of bringing on defense and special teams."

Baker, who is in his first CFL season, made three catches for 29 yards this year.
