With news overnight of a tentative deal on a collective bargaining agreement between the Canadian Football League and its players, Kent Austin had some choice words for his team on Sunday.

“I just told them, the quality of men they are to not let his be a distraction, I think we have had an outstanding camp and stayed focused,” Austin, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats’ head coach and general manager, said.

“They have not let any of that turmoil seep in, if you will, in any way that I can see, even in the cafeteria. They have been real pros.”
