TORONTO - For every player on the field in today’s CFL Eastern Conference Final, there are no shortage of reasons to win.

Brian Bulcke is no different. He has plenty of reasons to win, but the big one stares at him every time he picks up his cell phone.

There as his screen saver is a picture of the Toronto Argonauts hoisting the Grey Cup at midfield just about this time last year.

That is Bulcke’s motivation.

“Yeah, huge,” said Bulcke as he’s pulling out the phone to show the constant reminder he carries with him of that Grey Cup loss in the very same building he and his Tiger-Cats will contest for a birth in this year’s Cup.

“That’s been on my phone since probably the second week of December,” he says before taking one more hard look at it and putting it away.

The memories of Toronto’s 35-22 win over Bulcke’s Calgary Stampeders remain fresh.
