Tiger-Cats revamp their front office

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have a new look to their front office.
Kent Austin, the Ticats head coach and general manager, announced Friday that four members have been added to the team’s football operations, including former Edmonton Eskimos general manager Eric Tillman. Also hired were Danny McManus (director of U.S. scouting) Danny McManus, Drew Allemang (director of Canadian Scouting) and Shawn Burke (director of football administration.
Tillman was hired as a consultant.
“I’m excited about working with this group," Austin said. "Our front office features a combination of individuals with incredible experience and bright, young minds who will contribute to the success of this team. I feel very strongly about the collective abilities of our football operations department.”
McManus held the job as lead U.S. scout the previous two years. The former quarterback spent 17 season in the CFL, with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Edmonton Eskimos, Calgary Stampeders and Ticats.
Allemang has been with the franchise since 2009, developing and scouting Canadian players.
