Kent Austin is the new top Tiger-Cat

TORONTO - It turns out when Kent Austin says "No" he doesn't always mean it.

Austin, after spurning overtures to coach the Hamilton Ticats last season, changed his mind Monday and signed on as the team's vice-president of football operations, general manager and coach.
