PLAYERS OF THE GAME:

OFFENCE -- Quarterback Henry Burris returned to the lineup after missing three games with torn thumb ligaments to throw three touchdown passes.

DEFENCE -- Stamps LB George White was all over the field, making 12 defensive tackles and picking off Danny McManus for a 53-yard TD late in the fourth quarter.

SPECIAL TEAMS -- Stamps P Burke Dales only booted four balls but was able to hit the spots where his cover teams could contain the returner. Dales had a 46.8-yard average on the night.

TURNING POINT:

Just before the half was to run out in a tied ball game, Stamps RB Joffrey Reynolds fumbled on a draw play in the red zone. Receiver Ken-Yon Rambo recovered the ball and Henry Burris hit Jeremaine Copeland on the next play for a 10-yard touchdown and a lead the Stamps would never give up.

CATCH OF THE GAME:

Stamps SB Jeremaine Copeland had to turn around completely then dive out to grab a 10-yard touchdown reception just before the end of the half. The pass from Henry Burris wasn't great and Copeland had to shake his coverage and get squared around for the grab.

HIT OF THE GAME:

Stamps RB Joffrey Reynolds was moving upfield on a draw play when his legs were grabbed by a Ticats tackler. LB Rob Hitchcock came across and drilled Reynolds with a sharp closeline across the chest to knock the ball loose.
