ROSTER MOVES:

CALGARY -- The biggest change is at quarterback, where Jason Gesser will start in the place of Henry Burris, who had surgery on a torn ligament in his left (non-throwing) thumb after hurting it last week against the Eskimos. DB Joey Boese has recovered from his hamstring injury and replaces DB Ben Kelly.

HAMILTON -- Hometown hero Jesse Lumsden makes his CFL debut and will play on specials teams, returning and covering kickoffs. He's listed as a backup at running back behind Troy Davis but the former McMaster University star isn't expected to see much time on offence. LB Chris Ball takes the spot of LB Tony White backing up Calgarian Agustin Barrenechea. Jykine Bradley takes the starting spot at CB in place of Airabin Justin, who's out with a knee injury. Newly signed import SB Kahlil Hill makes his debut.

MATCHUPS:

WHEN CALGARY HAS THE BALL -- The focus will be on the run game in order to take the heat off Jason Gesser in his first pro start But the former Washington State star will have every chance to shine. The Cats have a formidable pass rush with Tim Cheatwood and former Stampeder James Cotton on the ends and Adriano Belli and DeVonte Peterson inside.

WHEN HAMILTON HAS THE BALL -- The focus is on veteran Danny McManus and his receiving corps -- D.J. Flick, Craig Yeast, Mike Morreale and Kamau Peterson.
