TORONTO - Toronto mayor Rob Ford says he's already fielding calls from fellow football fans to see the hometown Argonauts play in the 100th Grey Cup.
"My phone is ringing off the hook with people saying 'I need tickets'," Ford said Monday.
Toronto's CFL team upset the Montreal Alouettes Sunday to advance to the Grey Cup, set for the Rogers Centre Nov. 25.
Ford, whose passion for football gets him as many headlines as his mayoral work, said the game will be a windfall for Toronto's economy and — for him — hugely exciting.
"I'm not going to be able to sleep all week," Ford said. "I'm like a kid at Christmas."
Ford also said he would accept Calgary mayor Naheed Nenshi's wager on the game.

Nenshi challenged Ford via Twitter, saying the loser should donate his weight to a food bank and wear the winning team's jersey.
