EDMONTON - Get ready to see the Edmonton Eskimos’ famed quarterback carousel this weekend.

Only this time around, thankfully, it will be planned well in advance.

While Mike Reilly will make his 18th of 18 starts to close out the regular season, the rest of the depth chart will get in the game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday (3 p.m., TSN, 630 CHED).

“I’m still competitive and I’d love to be on the field for every single snap,” Reilly said. “But if and when those guys get an opportunity to go out and play, I’ll set my helmet down and try to be their eyes and help them.

“And I’ll be excited for any success that they’re able to get out on the field.”

Just how many snaps backups Jonathan Crompton and Kerry Joseph will get remains to be seen, but there is a strong possibility we could see the last one of Joseph’s career.
