Bowman a work in progress

EDMONTON - It has become an inside job for Adarius Bowman.
The Edmonton Eskimos moved the wide receiver from his regular spot at wide out into the slot for last Friday’s preseason game in Regina.
“Darius is a huge target. He had some issues with catching the ball outside, and we figured that if we moved him a little bit closer, the ball gets to him a lot faster, his concentration will probably be a little bit more crisp,” said Eskimos head coach Kavis Reed. “The gentleman did a very good job in the game in terms of his waggle. He hit the line very well.
“We don’t see a lot that he has to work on. We still know that it’s going to be a work-in-progress, but he’s doing quite well so far.”
