MONTREAL -- Is Danny Maciocia going to be facing a family vs. football decision in the off-season?
A report suggests he is considering retiring as head coach of the Edmonton Eskimos in the near future because of a desire to spend more time with his family.
Maciocia has three young daughters and a wife, but spends considerable time game-planning, handling personnel moves and dealing with the media from May to November. And then there is the off-season recruiting.
Win or lose in today's East Division final, Maciocia is bound to face more questions about his future later this afternoon.
