Henry Williams could bring 40,000 fans to their feet with one electrifying return.

But the Giz can also make a room full of people howl with laughter. During yesterday's news conference to announce his induction to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame this summer, Williams practically broke into a standup comedy routine.

On the media...

"I got some of the stupidest questions from you guys. You asked: 'How do you feel (after a return)?' How the (heck) do you think I felt? I was tired."

On the extreme speed of opposing tacklers on kickoff returns compared to punts ...

"Kickoff returns are suicide. Sometimes when they kicked away from me I was happy."

On the CFL's policy change after his career, giving the special teams' player of the year the same recognition as the other awards instead of receiving a watch like he did nine times ...

"Somebody owes me nine trophies, nine rings and nine trips to the awards dinner. I don't care who gives it to me."

On his most powerful lasting memory ...

"When I set the record (for most return yards in one game) I ran for a touchdown (on my first return) and then in my second (return) there was nobody around me and I dropped the ball on the five-yard line. I made TSN play of the day."
